1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — for example, your preferences or whether you have seen a notice — so that the experience is more consistent on your return.

Cookies do not give us access to your device and cannot be used to identify you unless you have provided us with personal information separately. You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

2. The Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They manage things like your cookie consent choice and basic session security. They cannot be switched off.

Duration: Session or up to 12 months · No personal data shared with third parties.

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most often. This information helps us improve the site over time. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Duration: Up to 2 years · May involve Google Analytics.

Marketing Cookies

Optional

These cookies may be set by advertising networks to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content on other websites. We use these sparingly and only where they serve a clear purpose in helping families find our services.

Duration: Up to 2 years · Third-party data may be involved.

Preference Cookies

Optional

These cookies remember settings you have chosen — such as language or region — so you do not need to select them again on each visit.

Duration: Up to 1 year · No personal data shared externally.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are placed by third-party services we use to understand site performance or to display embedded content. These may include:

  • Google Analytics — anonymous statistics on site visits (if analytics cookies are enabled).
  • Google Maps — our embedded map may set cookies related to map functionality and session state.

Third-party providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control the cookies set by these services.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies are either session-based or persistent:

  • Session cookies are temporary and are removed when you close your browser. They help the site function during a single visit.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (typically between 1 month and 2 years, depending on their purpose) or until you delete them.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

You can adjust your cookie preferences using the toggles above. Use the buttons below to accept all optional cookies, decline optional cookies, or save your specific choices.

6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.

Open Chrome and select Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From there you can block all cookies, allow cookies, or set exceptions for specific sites. To delete existing cookies, go to Clear browsing data and select Cookies and other site data.

Open Firefox and go to Settings → Privacy & Security. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Custom to control cookie categories. To delete existing cookies, scroll to Cookies and Site Data and select Clear Data.

On a Mac, open Safari and go to Preferences → Privacy. You can choose to block all cookies or only third-party cookies. To remove existing cookies, select Manage Website Data and remove individual sites or all data. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.

Open Edge and go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block or allow cookies, or add exceptions for specific sites. To clear existing cookies, go to Privacy, search and services → Clear browsing data.

On most mobile browsers, you can find cookie settings under Settings → Privacy or Settings → Site Settings. The exact path varies by browser and operating system. On Android, Chrome follows the same structure as desktop. On iOS, Safari settings are managed through the device Settings app under Safari.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. You can do so using the preference controls on this page or through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place while consent was given.

Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using our website. Disabling essential cookies may affect basic functionality such as your consent preference being remembered.

If you have questions about how we handle your data or your rights under Thai PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), please see our Privacy Policy or contact us at the address below.
